Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through timely communication.
  • Process sales-related documents, including orders and invoices.
  • Keep accurate sales records and reports.
  • Help develop and implement sales processes and procedures.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferred).
