This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. The Senior Manager Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, setting targets and objectives for the sales team, and providing coaching and guidance to team members. Additionally, this position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing and product development to align sales efforts with company initiatives.

This means that they will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales department, as well as setting long-term goals and objectives for the team.
