Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Management
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, ensuring that the organization’s hiring needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. This includes managing job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Benefits Administration
Design, implement, and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plans, and other benefits. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Employee Relations
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion. Handle employee complaints and grievances, and develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, and workers’ compensation. Identify and mitigate potential risks to the organization.
Training and Development
Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, promoting continuous learning and professional development.
Performance Management
Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
HR Operations
Manage HR operations, including HRIS management, employee data management, and benefits administration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, talent management, benefits administration, and employee relations.
