Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities, and developing solutions to optimize business processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis

• Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to optimize business processes and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and develop use cases, process flows, and data models.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations for improvement.

Project Management

• Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Develop project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.

Process Improvement

• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with teams to implement process changes and monitor results.

Technical Skills

• Develop and maintain technical skills in business analysis tools, such as Excel, Access, and SQL.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field.

Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with business analysis tools, such as Excel, Access, and SQL.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in managing projects from initiation to delivery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
