Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized learning plans for assigned learners, based on their individual strengths, weaknesses, and goals.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions with learners to provide subject-specific guidance and answer their questions.
• Create and share engaging learning materials, such as study guides, practice questions, and mock tests.
• Evaluate learner progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Motivate and inspire learners to stay focused and committed to their studies.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest curriculum, examination patterns, and teaching methodologies.
• Collaborate with other mentors and educators to share best practices and ensure a unified learning experience.
• Contribute to the development of high-quality educational content for the Unacademy platform (optional).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong academic background in the subject(s) you wish to mentor (Masters degree or equivalent experience preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• A passion for teaching and mentoring.
• The ability to build rapport and connect with learners on a personal level.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using online learning platforms and tools.

Experience

• This role is open to both experienced educators and passionate individuals with a strong subject matter expertise.
