Job Summary

The Order Filler is responsible for accurately and efficiently filling customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

Filling Orders

Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a timely manner to meet productivity and quality standards.

Inventory Management

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the warehouse and packing areas, to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Quality Control

Inspect orders for accuracy and quality before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.

Safety and Security

Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment and prevent inventory loss or damage.

Teamwork and Communication

Collaborate with other warehouse team members to achieve productivity and quality goals, and communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments as needed.

Requirements

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.

Skills and Abilities

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for long periods of time. Basic math skills and attention to detail required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards.

Work Environment

The Order Filler will work in a warehouse environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and temperature fluctuations.

Working Conditions

The Order Filler will work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Overtime may be required during peak periods.
