In this role, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs for Barclays employees across various business areas. You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify training needs, analyze learning gaps, and create effective solutions to equip employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge and skills gaps within different departments.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and data analysis.

We're looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Minimum X years of experience in training and development (X to be filled based on specific role).
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across different levels.
