Job Summary:

GMR is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Care Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of GMR's products and services to provide accurate information and support.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Feedback Management: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.
  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines in relation to customer interactions and data handling.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
    • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
