The Position

IndiGo is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with a passion for travel, marketing, and digital storytelling.

Job Summary

In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of exciting tasks, including:

• Developing engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), email campaigns, and the IndiGo website.
• Managing and curating IndiGo's social media presence across platforms, creating compelling posts, interacting with followers, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Assisting with the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Collaborating with the design team to create high-quality marketing materials, such as brochures, infographics, and presentations.
• Staying current with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our marketing strategies remain effective.
• Supporting with research and analysis to gather insights that inform marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Craft compelling and informative content that resonates with IndiGo's target audience.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow IndiGo's social media presence across platforms, fostering brand engagement and community building.
• Campaign Support: Assist the Marketing team in planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Creative Collaboration: Work effectively with the design team to develop high-quality visual assets for marketing materials.
• Market Research: Conduct research and gather data to inform marketing strategies and content creation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a relevant field (for experienced candidates).
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including brand positioning, content marketing, social media marketing, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for data-driven decision making.
• Passion for travel and the aviation industry (a plus).

Experience

This role is open to both recent graduates (freshers) with a strong academic background in marketing and digital media, as well as individuals with 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
