Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must be between 15 and 24 years of age as of the closing date of application. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

The candidate must have passed the 10th class examination or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks. Additionally, the candidate must have passed ITI in the relevant trade from a recognized institution.

Application Process

The application process for the Railway ICF Apprentice online form 2024 involves the following steps:

Step 1: Registration The candidate must register on the official website of the Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) by providing basic details such as name, email ID, and mobile number.

Step 2: Filling the Application Form After registration, the candidate must fill the application form by providing personal and educational details. The candidate must also upload scanned copies of relevant documents, including the 10th class mark sheet and ITI certificate.

Step 3: Payment of Application Fee The candidate must pay the application fee of ₹100 through online mode using a debit/credit card or net banking.

Step 4: Submission of Application Form After filling the application form and paying the application fee, the candidate must submit the application form online.

Step 5: Print Application Form After submission, the candidate must print the application form and keep it for future reference.

Stipend details
The rate of stipend for apprenticeship training is as follows: Freshers who are school pass-outs from class 10th receive ₹6000 per month, while those from class 12th receive ₹7000 per month. Ex-ITI individuals holding a National or State certificate also receive ₹7000 per month. Notably, during the second year of apprenticeship training, there will be a 10 percent increase in the prescribed minimum stipend amount.
