SSB Recruitment Qualification

To apply for SSB posts then you are required to pass the Qualification eligibility criteria will depend on your job post, must see the official PDF of this recruitment notification.

Constable (Driver) (Male):

• Matriculation or Equivalent from a recognized Board.
• Must Possess a Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.

Constable (Veterinary):

• 10th or Matriculation Examination pass with Science as the main subject from a recognized Board.

Constable (Carpenter, Blacksmith, and Painter):

• Matriculation or Equivalent from a recognized Board.
• 2 Years of Work Experience in respective Trade OR
• One Year Certificate Course from a recognized ITI or Vocational Institute with at least One Year Experience in the respective Trade. OR
• 2 Years Diploma from a recognized ITI in the respective Trade or Similar Trade and
• Must Qualify for Trade Test.

Constable (Washerman, Barber, Safaiwala, Tailor, Gardner, Cobbler, Cook & Water Carrier):

• Matriculation or Equivalent from a recognized Board with
• 2 Year Work Experience in respective Trades; OR
• One Year Certificate Course from a recognized ITI or Vocational Institute with at least One Year Experience in the respective Trade. OR
• 2 Years Diploma from a recognized ITI in the respective Trade or Similar Trade and
• Must Qualify for Trade Test.
