Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of our products or services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and goals, and provide relevant solutions and recommendations.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and assist in expanding customer accounts.
- Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars to educate customers on the features and functionality of our products.
