Responsibilities:

Onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of our products or services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, promptly addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Proactively engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and goals, and provide relevant solutions and recommendations.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and assist in expanding customer accounts.
Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and webinars to educate customers on the features and functionality of our products.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or customer support.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with customers and build relationships.

Empathy and a customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
