1. Security Operations: Monitor and manage the security operations of TCS's IT infrastructure. Implement security measures to protect against unauthorized access, threats, and vulnerabilities.

4. Risk Management: Assess and manage information security risks by identifying potential threats, evaluating vulnerabilities, and implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
5. Security Policies and Procedures: Develop, review, and enforce information security policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Security Awareness and Training: Conduct security awareness programs and training sessions to educate employees on best practices for information security and data protection.
7. Security Architecture: Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement secure IT infrastructure, networks, and systems. Ensure compliance with security standards and frameworks.
8. Security Incident Reporting: Prepare and submit timely reports on security incidents, trends, and metrics to management. Provide recommendations for improving the overall security posture.
9. Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations, laws, and industry standards. Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends.
10. Security Governance: Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall information security strategy and governance framework.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are preferred.

• Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or COBIT.
